Als Senior Controller (w/m/d) bist Du Teil unseres Controlling-Teams und gestaltest aktiv die finanzielle Steuerung von Chrono24. Du sorgst dafür, dass operative Entwicklungen in finanziellen Impact übersetzt werden, verantwortest das laufende Kosten- und Ergebniscontrolling inkl. Monats- und Quartalsreporting, entwickelst skalierbare Controlling- und Planungsprozesse und unterstützt das Management Board bei datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung. Die Rolle bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Controlling-Strukturen von der Kostentransparenz bis zur integrierten Planung substanziell weiterzuentwickeln.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen

  • Financial Steering & Decision Support: Du übersetzt operative KPI-Entwicklungen in P&L-, EBITDA- und Cash-Auswirkungen und erstellst fundierte Executive- und Board-Unterlagen inkl. Kommentierung
  • Planung, Forecasting & Budgetsteuerung: Du treibst Budget-, Forecast- und Rolling-Forecast-Prozesse voran, steuerst die Budgets gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und entwickelst treiberbasierte Finanzmodelle sowie integrierte Cash- und Working-Capital-Planung
  • Cost & Profitability Transparency: Du schaffst Transparenz über OPEX, Payment Costs, regionale Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und Profitabilitätsanalysen
  • Reporting & Monatsabschluss: Du begleitest den Monats- und Quartalsabschluss aus Controlling-Sicht, kommentierst Kosten- und Ergebnisentwicklungen und entwickelst das Management- und Fachbereichsreporting weiter
  • Systeme, Automatisierung & AI: Du treibst die Integration von Financials in unsere Datenlandschaft voran, automatisierst manuelle Prozesse und entwickelst AI-gestützte Analyse- und Kommentierungs-Workflows
  • Financial Governance: Du sicherst konsistente finanzielle Logiken (Segmente, P&L-Struktur, Forecastlogik) in Abstimmung mit BI und Accounting

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder FP&A, idealerweise in einem digitalen Marktplatz- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Controlling-Expertise über die gesamte Breite: Kosten- und Ergebniscontrolling, Reporting und Abweichungsanalysen ebenso wie Planung, Forecasting und Szenarioanalysen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzzusammenhänge in klare Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-/Konsolidierungssystemen (z. B. Lucanet, DATEV), BI-Tools (Qlik, Tableau o.Ä.) sowie Planungstools (Pigment, Board o.Ä.)
  • Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
