Gebietsverkaufsleiter Bau\- \& Spezialgerüstbau Deutschschweiz (m/w/d) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aufgaben: ---------

  • Aktive Akquisition neuer Kunden und Projekte
  • Präsentation innovativer Lösungen direkt beim Kunden, auf Baustellen und an Messen
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Geschäftsbeziehungen und Partnerschaften
  • Beratung von Kunden in technischen, wirtschaftlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Fragen
  • Entwicklung neuer Märkte sowie Erkennen von Marktpotenzialen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Offerten gemeinsam mit dem Innendienst
  • Begleitung anspruchsvoller Projekte: von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung

Profil: -------

  • Verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Drive und Eigeninitiative
  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Bau, Industrie oder Gerüstbau)
  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder im technischen Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Freude an Menschen, Projekten und Verhandlungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie sprechen Schweizerdeutsch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM\-Systemen
  • Wohnhaft in der Deutschen Schweiz
