Job Description

OBJETIVO DEL ROL

Calcular, analizar y dar soporte técnico en el cálculo de reservas técnicas, métricas de solvencia y resultados de negocio bajo los distintos marcos normativos (regulatorios y best estimate) así como sus proyecciones, asegurando la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de la información actuarial utilizada y generada para la toma de decisiones, así como reportes internos y externos.

Contribuir al análisis del desempeño del portafolio mediante la construcción y seguimiento de KPIs actuariales y de negocio, apoyando el entendimiento de los drivers técnicos y financieros de los resultados.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

Reservas Técnicas

  • Calcular y mantener las reservas técnicas de primas (y sus flujos asociados) bajo marco regulatorio local en forma mensual y best estimate según solicitud.
  • Calcular y mantener las reservas técnicas de siniestros (y sus flujos asociados) basado en las metodologías y modelos aprobados.
  • Analizar variaciones y principales drivers de los resultados técnicos.
  • Realizar la proyección de Reservas Técnicas asociadas a los presupuestos y proyecciones del negocio.
  • Documentar supuestos, metodologías utilizadas, así como los resultados de los modelos actuariales en los informes de reservas técnicas.
  • Coordinar con el área de Controllership para el registro contable de las reservas técnicas.

Solvencia y Capital

  • Calcular el capital de solvencia bajo modelos regulatorios.
  • Realizar la proyección del capital de solvencia asociadas a los presupuestos y proyecciones del negocio.
  • Dar soporte en el análisis de capital y riesgos técnicos del portafolio.
  • Validar insumos, resultados y consistencia entre modelos según se requiera.

Análisis del negocio y KPIs

  • Construir y mantener KPIs actuariales y de negocio (siniestralidad, rentabilidad, volatilidad).
  • Coordinar con el área de Analytics para la construcción y mantenimiento de dashboard asociados a la medición del negocio.
  • Analizar el resultado técnico por líneas de negocio.
  • Apoyar en la interpretación técnica de los resultados para áreas internas.

Datos y reportes

  • Construir y mantener las bases de datos actuariales en coordinación con el área de Analytics.
  • Generar los reportes actuariales regulatorios e internos.
  • Realizar el control de calidad, suficiencia y completitud de la información utilizada.
  • Brindar apoyo general a las actividades de la Gerencia Actuarial.

Soporte

  • Brindar soporte técnico-actuarial a las áreas internas y de negocio mediante el uso de herramientas actuariales orientadas a la medición y entendimiento del riesgo.
  • Atender requerimientos de auditoría externa/interna.
  • Mantener actualizados los procedimientos y procesos relacionados con la función.

Qualifications

Experiencia Laboral

Contar con 1 año de experiencia (incluye prácticas pre-profesionales) en áreas actuariales: reservas y/o pricing, o en áreas de riesgos de seguros – Excluyente.

Formación Académica

  • Bachiller o egresado en Estadística, Ing. Estadística, Matemática, Economía, Ing. Económica, Ciencias de la Computación o afines con fuerte base cuantitativa

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Programación: R / Python u otros (al menos uno)
  • Excel avanzado
  • Inglés intermedio

Deseable

  • Familiaridad conceptual con IFRS17 y CBR
  • Manejo de bases de datos
