Job Description

Transformar cómo opera una aseguradora global no es simple. Los procesos son complejos, los datos no están en un único sistema, los equipos trabajan en distintos países y el margen de error en un entorno regulado es estrecho. El equipo BTM de Chubb Chile trabaja exactamente en ese espacio y lo hace combinando metodologías probadas, análisis de datos y cada vez más, herramientas de inteligencia artificial que aceleran el diagnóstico y mejoran la calidad de los entregables.

Este rol es para quien quiere aprender ese trabajo desde adentro y tiene la disposición técnica para hacerlo bien.

¿Qué harás?

  • Levantar y modelar procesos complejos usando BPMN, Lean y análisis de datos, construyendo diagnósticos que permitan tomar decisiones con evidencia
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización dentro de los procesos analizados y apoyar su diseño e implementación junto a equipos de TI y negocio
  • Usar herramientas de IA — de forma activa y con criterio — para mejorar la velocidad y calidad del análisis de procesos, generación de reportes y documentación de proyectos
  • Dar seguimiento a la cartera de proyectos BTM Chile, con control de gestión, reportes de avance y análisis de impacto en eficiencia operacional
  • Diseñar historias de usuario y coordinar pruebas QA para proyectos tecnológicos con equipos locales y regionales

Qualifications

Lo que necesitas traer:

Experiencia requerida:

  • 2+ años en mejora de procesos, reingeniería o gestión de proyectos de transformación
  • Conocimiento práctico de Lean, Six Sigma o BPMN — no solo conceptual
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de proyectos y comunicación de estado a stakeholders
  • Inglés medio/avanzado — el equipo trabaja con contrapartes internacionales

Deseable:

  • Experiencia en la industria aseguradora — suma, pero no es excluyente
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración o áreas afines

Perfil técnico y herramientas:

  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros), PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Herramientas de IA — no pedimos nivel experto, pero sí uso activo y disposición a aprender
  • Capacidad analítica alta: organizar datos, identificar patrones, estructurar conclusiones
