- Proven track record of developing and scaling digital and ecommerce solutions across web, mobile, backend, and cloud platforms, with hands-on engineering experience and deep technical credibility across modern technology stacks
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar capex and opex budgets, with strong financial acumen and the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize SDLC processes and to build or enhance AI-powered customer-facing products and interfaces
- Strong background in managing vendor, SI partner, and platform relationships across content, commerce, and marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce); experience supporting partner and API-based integrations, including embedded product or insurance capabilities
- A customer-obsessed leader with a passion for creating seamless, intuitive digital experiences; adept at collaborating with product, marketing, UX, design, and senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
