Job Description

El rol contribuye a la misión de la Iglesia mediante la asesoría a los líderes locales, el fortalecimiento de la capacidad de las unidades y la identificación de recursos comunitarios que permitan a los líderes de la Iglesia ayudar a personas y familias a cubrir sus necesidades básicas y fortalecer su autosuficiencia.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

  • Ayuda a los líderes de la Iglesia a implementar y mantener iniciativas de autosuficiencia, proporcionar materiales, capacitación y apoyo a las iniciativas de autosuficiencia e identificar necesidades específicas para el desarrollo de recursos.
  • Facilita la capacitación general y especializada en materia de bienestar y autosuficiencia a los líderes locales de la Iglesia y a las organizaciones comunitarias, incluyendo capacitación para nuevos líderes, actualizaciones sobre recursos y servicios, recursos digitales, etc.
  • Desarrolla y cultiva relaciones con empleadores, instituciones educativas, iglesias, entidades gubernamentales, iniciativas de autoempleo y otros recursos comunitarios, en respuesta a las necesidades de las estacas asignadas.
  • Brindar capacitación técnica y apoyo constante a los especialistas en autosuficiencia de barrio y de estaca.

Qualifications

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en áreas administrativas (título indispensable) y 8 años de experiencia relacionada
  • Presencia ejecutiva y experiencia probada tratando con líderes senior
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones dentro del marco de las políticas de bienestar y autosuficiencia, y para colaborar estrechamente con los líderes del departamento en la definición de la orientación estratégica
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para establecer relaciones de confianza con líderes la Iglesia, el ámbito empresarial y la comunidad
  • Experiencia y habilidad para capacitar a grupos numerosos de personas y desarrollar a otros mediante una relación de coaching o mentoría
  • Alta capacidad analítica y creativa, habilidad para comunicar ideas complejas de forma verbal y escrita, y competencias sólidas en el manejo de equipos informáticos
  • Licencia de manejo tipo A y disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente
