  • Drive excellent execution across all customer touchpoints, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Act as the UK shopper marketing expert, influencing business decisions through insight, data and a deep understanding of shopper behaviour.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience within FMCG, ideally in Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of NSV, margin, ROI and promotional effectiveness.
  • Experience developing and executing successful shopper and customer marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to manage significant budgets and evaluate investment performance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience turning shopper, customer and retailer data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Kantar and other relevant insight tools.
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, shopper behaviour and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commercially curious, shopper-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge, innovate and drive continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised, proactive and accountable, with a positive and solution-focused approach.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
