Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico e orientado a resultados para monitorar e otimizar a eficiência de um agente de Inteligência Artificial. Sua missão será transformar as interações entre humanos e máquinas em indicadores acionáveis, garantindo que a tecnologia evolua com base em evidências estatísticas e padrões de comportamento.

Você será o guardião da qualidade técnica, identificando onde a IA acerta e, principalmente, onde e por que ela falha.

|||| Responsabilidades e Atribuições - Monitoramento de Interações: Coletar e minerar dados de grandes volumes de logs de conversas para identificar padrões de comportamento e gargalos no fluxo. - Análise de Causa Raiz: Investigar falhas nas respostas, entender desvios de lógica e fornecer insights detalhados para o time de curadoria ajustar o conteúdo. - Gestão de KPIs: Criar, manter e evoluir dashboards (painéis de métricas) focados em indicadores-chave como: - Assertividade: A IA entendeu a intenção correta? - Resolutividade: O problema do usuário foi resolvido sem intervenção humana? - Acurácia: A resposta fornecida é factual e tecnicamente correta? - Relatórios Estratégicos: Traduzir dados técnicos em relatórios executivos, facilitando a tomada de decisão sobre investimentos e mudanças na engine da IA. - Benchmarking: Realizar testes A/B e comparações de performance para medir o impacto de novos ajustes ou atualizações de modelos.

|||| Requisitos Desejáveis - Experiência com análise de dados e ferramentas de visualização (ex: Power BI, Looker ou Google Data Studio). - Conhecimento em lógica de programação ou ferramentas de análise de logs (SQL é um diferencial). - Familiaridade com métricas de CX (Customer Experience) e performance de chatbots/NLP. - Pensamento crítico para identificar viés (bias) e falhas lógicas em modelos de linguagem.
