Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Inteligência Artificial Pleno para integrar nosso time de Ciência de Dados e IA, atuando na avaliação, implementação e melhoria contínua de soluções de Inteligência Artificial.

Essa pessoa irá colaborar com diferentes áreas da organização para identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA, avaliar tecnologias e desenvolver provas de conceito (POCs) alinhadas às necessidades do negócio. Também contribuirá para a integração de soluções aos ambientes produtivos, trabalhando em conjunto com os times técnicos para garantir qualidade, segurança e eficiência.

Responsabilidades

  • Avaliar ferramentas e soluções de Inteligência Artificial, incluindo IA Generativa, considerando viabilidade técnica, custos, riscos e aderência às necessidades do negócio.
  • Apoiar o planejamento, a execução e a documentação de Provas de Conceito (POCs), contribuindo para a definição de critérios de sucesso e análise de resultados.
  • Colaborar na implementação e na transição de soluções de IA para ambientes produtivos, apoiando o desenho de integrações, o levantamento de requisitos técnicos e a documentação das soluções.
  • Aplicar boas práticas de segurança, privacidade, compliance e uso responsável da IA, considerando requisitos como a LGPD e as diretrizes internas da organização.
  • Contribuir para a documentação de guidelines, boas práticas e aprendizados relacionados ao desenvolvimento e uso de soluções de IA.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Tecnologia, Segurança da Informação, Jurídico, Dados e Negócios para identificar oportunidades e viabilizar iniciativas de IA.
  • Acompanhar o desempenho e os resultados das soluções implementadas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Estatística, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prática com cloud computing, especialmente AWS.
  • Experiência com avaliação, testes ou implementação de soluções de Inteligência Artificial.
  • Conhecimento prático ou experiência com tecnologias como Machine Learning, LLMs e Inteligência Artificial Generativa.
  • Experiência ou participação no planejamento e na execução de Provas de Conceito (POCs).
  • Conhecimento dos processos envolvidos na transição de soluções de IA de ambientes experimentais para ambientes produtivos.
  • Conhecimento de arquitetura de sistemas e integração de aplicações via APIs.
  • Conhecimentos básicos ou intermediários de engenharia de dados.
  • Familiaridade com conceitos de Governança de IA, Segurança da Informação e privacidade de dados, incluindo LGPD.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação, especialização ou certificações em Inteligência Artificial, Ciência de Dados ou Cloud Computing.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de MLOps e pipelines de deploy de modelos.
  • Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering e técnicas de IA Generativa, como RAG e fine-tuning.
  • Experiência com monitoramento, avaliação de desempenho ou otimização de soluções de IA.
  • Conhecimento de frameworks e boas práticas de IA responsável, governança e segurança.
  • Inglês avançado.
