Sobre o Perfil Estamos em busca de um desenvolvedor pleno que será responsável por mapear, diagnosticar e modernizar sistemas legados, garantindo a performance e confiabilidade das aplicações.

O Desafio Você atuará na modernização de sistemas legados (EJB, JSP, WebSphere, Java 8), transformando-os em microsserviços modernos com Java 25 e Angular. Este trabalho envolve não apenas a migração, mas uma reinvenção inteligente, onde você utilizará IA para:

Analisar e documentar partes de sistemas legados Implementar padrões e práticas de desenvolvimento que melhorem a eficiência

Requisitos Obrigatórios Stack Técnico Essencial IA Tools em Produção: Experiência com Claude Code e GitHub (uso diário) Frontend Moderno: Experiência sólida em Angular (aplicações enterprise) Backend Robusto: Conhecimento em Spring Boot (microsserviços, APIs REST, segurança, Java 25) Modernização com IA Capacidade de trabalhar na transformação de monólitos em microsserviços Arquitetura e Qualidade Conhecimento em Princípios SOLID Experiência com TDD (Test-Driven Development) e DDD (Domain-Driven Design) Familiaridade com bancos relacionais (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) e NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) Performance e Observabilidade Familiaridade com Dynatrace e Grafana para monitoramento e APM Mindset de otimização contínua e troubleshooting de performance, com foco em métricas e logs estruturados Mindset Ágil Vivência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) Capacidade de trabalhar em sprints com entregas incrementais O que Oferecemos Ambiente de inovação real com liberdade para experimentar e implementar novas tecnologias Desafios técnicos que vão testar suas habilidades Time técnico de alto nível para troca de conhecimento e evolução conjunta Stack moderno com IA em primeiro lugar
