Estamos à procura de um engenheiro de dados qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe, com experiência em soluções de dados na AWS. O candidato será responsável por projetar e otimizar pipelines de dados.

Nesta função, você será responsável por projetar, otimizar e manter pipelines de dados robustos e escaláveis na nuvem AWS, além de trabalhar na fronteira de inovação com GenAI e arquiteturas avançadas de dados.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Migração e Arquitetura: Planejar e executar a migração de sistemas e volumes de dados para a nova infraestrutura em nuvem;
  • Engenharia de ETL/ELT: Desenvolver, otimizar e orquestrar processos de ETL/ELT garantindo a integridade, performance e qualidade dos dados;
  • Colaboração e Operação: Trabalhar em sinergia com equipes multidisciplinares (desenvolvimento, produtos e operações) para implementar soluções de dados eficientes;
  • Monitoramento e Suporte: Acompanhar a saúde dos ambientes, solucionar problemas complexos em bancos de dados/pipelines e atuar na melhoria contínua;
  • Documentação e Governança: Criar e manter a documentação técnica (arquitetura, lineage e processos de dados).

Requisitos Necessários (Hard Skills):

  • Experiência com AWS: Domínio de ecossistema de dados AWS (AWS Glue, EMR, Amazon Athena, DynamoDB, Lake Formation, Amazon S3, EventBridge);
  • Processamento e Arquitetura de Dados: Sólida experiência em Apache Spark / PySpark, modelagem de Data Warehouse (Amazon Redshift), Lakehouse, Open Table Formats (Iceberg/Delta), data contract e schema evolution;
  • Orquestração e Bancos de Dados: Prática com Apache Airflow e sólida experiência em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL) e não relacionais (NoSQL);
  • Governança e Monitoramento: Conhecimento em governança de dados, data lineage (OpenLineage) e ferramentas de observabilidade (CloudWatch ou DataDog);
  • Soft Skills e Práticas: Cultura DevOps, mentalidade de automação, capacidade de planejamento de capacidade (trade-offs entre custo x performance), resolução de incidentes e melhoria contínua.

Diferenciais:

  • IA Generativa e Novas Tecnologias: Vivência com Amazon Bedrock, MCP Server, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Guardrails, Eval e Spec Driven Development;
  • Migração e Legacy Systems: Conhecimento prévio em ferramentas SAS e histórico comprovado em projetos de migração de grande porte;
  • Certificações: Certificações ativas em AWS ou plataformas de dados correlatas.
