Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Remuneração Sênior dinâmica e proativa para liderar nossas estratégias de compensação em escala internacional. Neste papel, você atuará diretamente no desenho de estruturas de cargos e estruturas salariais globais, utilizando Inteligência Artificial para potencializar análises de dados e apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica em diferentes mercados.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenhar, gerenciar e otimizar estruturas salariais, programas de remuneração variável de curto e longo prazo.
  • Utilizar e testar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para análise preditiva, automação de dados e otimização de processos.
  • Mapear tendências internacionais de Total Compensation e garantir a competitividade do pacote em múltiplos países.
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico de lideranças globais e times de Business Partners (HRBPs). Estruturar indicadores da área e garantir equidade interna alinhada à estratégia do negócio.

Requisitos

  • Sólida experiência prévia em Remuneração (Total Compensation), com histórico de atuação em ambientes corporativos globais.
  • Inglês avançadopara interação diária, apresentações e negociações internacionais.
  • Contato prático com uso de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de processos ou análise de dados.
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e flexível para atuar com autonomia em cenários de rápida mudança.
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas complexos.
