Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Senior Software Developer – AI para atuar junto ao Flow, embarcada em projetos estratégicos de grandes clientes da CI&T. Essa pessoa apoiará times de desenvolvimento na evolução do SDLC, modernização tecnológica e adoção de Inteligência Artificial aplicada à engenharia de software.

Buscamos um perfil técnico e consultivo, com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento e conhecimento prático de IA Generativa, capaz de apoiar times na adoção de novas práticas e ferramentas, acelerar entregas e gerar ganhos reais de produtividade e qualidade.

Responsabilidades

Atuar como referência técnica junto aos times dos clientes, apoiando decisões de arquitetura, desenvolvimento e evolução do SDLC. Implementar e adaptar as ofertas do Flow ao contexto técnico de cada projeto. Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA para aumentar produtividade, qualidade e eficiência no desenvolvimento de software. Apoiar a adoção de ferramentas de AI Coding e práticas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA. Desenvolver e evoluir soluções de software em ambientes produtivos. Apoiar iniciativas de modernização tecnológica, arquitetura e evolução de plataformas. Mentorar pessoas desenvolvedoras e disseminar boas práticas de engenharia e uso de IA. Avaliar resultados da adoção das soluções e contribuir para a autonomia dos times.

Requisitos para este desafio

Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software e aplicações em ambientes de produção. Conhecimento consistente de SDLC, incluindo desenvolvimento, testes, deploy, operação e manutenção. Experiência com Inteligência Artificial Generativa e LLMs aplicados ao desenvolvimento de software. Experiência prática com AI Coding, geração de código, testes, documentação ou automação de atividades de desenvolvimento utilizando IA. Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering e boas práticas de interação com LLMs. Familiaridade com AI Agents, RAG e diferentes modelos e provedores de LLMs. Experiência com arquitetura e desenvolvimento de aplicações distribuídas. Conhecimento em Java, Node.js, Python, .NET ou outra linguagem backend moderna. Experiência com APIs, integrações e bancos de dados. Experiência com AWS, Azure ou GCP. Conhecimento em DevOps, CI/CD, testes automatizados e automação. Boa capacidade de comunicação, influência técnica e atuação consultiva. Inglês avançado para comunicação escrita e verbal.

Diferenciais

Experiência com Agentic SDLC ou desenvolvimento de software apoiado por agentes de IA. Conhecimento em Spec-Driven Development ou Contract-First. Experiência com modernização de sistemas legados utilizando IA. Conhecimento em containers, Kubernetes e Infrastructure as Code. Experiência com observabilidade, segurança e performance em sistemas distribuídos. Vivência em consultoria ou atuação embarcada em projetos de clientes.
