Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Senior Cloud DevOps para atuar na evolução da plataforma do CI&T Flow, com forte foco em Platform Engineering, Cloud e automação.

Essa pessoa trabalhará na construção e evolução da Internal Developer Platform (IDP), criando ferramentas e Golden Paths que permitam aos times consumir infraestrutura e serviços de forma self-service, segura e padronizada. Buscamos um perfil com forte background em desenvolvimento, capaz de tratar infraestrutura e plataforma como produto.

Responsabilidades

Desenvolver e evoluir ferramentas, serviços e CLIs que abstraiam a complexidade de Cloud e Kubernetes para os times de desenvolvimento. Construir e evoluir Golden Paths e capacidades self-service da Internal Developer Platform. Projetar e manter soluções de deploy utilizando GitOps, incluindo estratégias de promoção entre ambientes. Desenvolver e padronizar Helm Charts reutilizáveis e versionados. Construir e evoluir pipelines com GitHub Actions, considerando segurança, governança, runners e reutilização. Implementar estratégias de deploy como Canary e Blue/Green. Desenvolver e evoluir infraestrutura como código utilizando Terraform em ambientes Azure. Integrar práticas de segurança, qualidade e análise estática ao ciclo de desenvolvimento. Aplicar práticas de SRE, observabilidade, SLIs/SLOs e Error Budgets na evolução da plataforma. Atuar como referência técnica, contribuindo para decisões arquiteturais e desenvolvimento das pessoas do time.

Requisitos para este desafio

Experiência sólida com Cloud DevOps, Platform Engineering ou desenvolvimento de plataformas internas. Experiência com desenvolvimento e automação utilizando Python ou linguagem similar. Conhecimento sólido em Azure Cloud, incluindo Networking, Storage, Azure Container Apps, APIM e serviços gerenciados. Experiência sólida com Kubernetes, incluindo conceitos como CRDs, Operators e Admission Controllers. Experiência com Terraform, criação de módulos reutilizáveis e Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experiência prática com GitOps e Helm Charts. Experiência com GitHub Actions, CI/CD e automação via APIs. Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, como Clean Code e SOLID. Conhecimento de observabilidade e práticas de SRE. Mentalidade de plataforma como produto, automação e self-service.

Diferenciais

Experiência na construção de Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) e Golden Paths. Conhecimento em Backstage ou outras soluções de Developer Portal. Experiência com Argo CD, Crossplane ou Service Mesh. Vivência com estratégias Canary e Blue/Green em ambientes Kubernetes. Experiência com segurança e Policy as Code aplicada a plataformas. Experiência utilizando Inteligência Artificial e ferramentas de AI Coding para desenvolvimento, automação ou operação de plataformas.
