Buscamos uma pessoa com alto nível de senioridade técnica, capaz de definir arquiteturas e padrões corporativos com autonomia e visão estratégica. Esperamos alguém com influência técnica reconhecida sobre múltiplos times e iniciativas, com experiência em soluções críticas de tecnologia e capacidade de elevar o nível técnico dos times ao redor. Visão de produto, comunicação clara e colaboração são características essenciais para este papel.

Sua Missão:

Você vai atuar como referência técnica na definição e evolução das soluções de IA, dados e automação, influenciando múltiplos times e iniciativas estratégicas da organização.

Responsabilidades:

- Definir a arquitetura das soluções de IA, dados e automação; - Liderar iniciativas relacionadas à qualidade informacional, agentes inteligentes e evolução da base de conhecimento; - Estruturar mecanismos de avaliação, monitoramento e melhoria contínua de modelos e aplicações de IA; - Definir padrões para integrações, observabilidade, governança técnica e escalabilidade; - Atuar como referência técnica para múltiplas iniciativas e times; - Apoiar a construção de produtos de dados e aplicações de IA voltadas para áreas de negócio.

O que esperamos de você:

- Python para desenvolvimento de soluções e automações - Arquitetura de APIs para design, padronização e integração de serviços - Cloud Azure ou AWS para infraestrutura e serviços em nuvem - IA Generativa para construção e evolução de aplicações inteligentes - Engenharia de Dados para modelagem, pipelines e gestão de dados - Bancos SQL e NoSQL para armazenamento e consulta de dados estruturados e não estruturados

Diferenciais:

- Experiência com OpenAI, Azure OpenAI ou LLMs equivalentes - Conhecimento em RAG, vetorização e busca semântica - Familiaridade com frameworks de agentes - Práticas de MLOps e observabilidade de IA - Experiência com arquiteturas distribuídas
