Descrição do perfil Orquestrar a entrega de ponta a ponta, mapeando e governando o fluxo de valor (Value Stream) do SDLC e coordenando workflows entre pessoas e agentes em colaboracao ao longo de toda a esteira para garantir prazo, custo e qualidade. Responde pela definição, revisao e evolucao dos processos, padroes e rituais de entrega: como se entrega, como se gere o time, como se garante compliance e como se mantem a saude do fluxo de trabalho (workflow health), mantendo o modelo de trabalho consistente e em melhoria continua. Faz a ponte entre o upstream e a execucao tecnica de Al Engineer e Al Deployment Engineer, traduzindo a demanda de forma a garantir a viabilidade financeira e tecnica da solucão, definindo metricas de sucesso (ROI, taxas de acerto) e priorizando o que gera mais valor na entrega, com fluencia sistemica em IA para governar dependências, exceções, fluxos de autonomia e limites de aprovação humana. Desenvolve a fluencia em IA e a constante capacitacao do time, engajando a squad a sustentar o novo modelo de trabalho em que se orquestra agentes em vez de acumular especializações.
