A CI&T, em parceria com um dos maiores bancos do Brasil, está em busca de uma Pessoa Desenvolvedora Junior ServiceNow – App Engine para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções na plataforma ServiceNow.

Buscamos uma pessoa com conhecimento inicial em ServiceNow e interesse em desenvolvimento, automação e integrações, que queira ampliar sua experiência técnica em um projeto de grande impacto no setor financeiro.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a evolução de soluções na plataforma ServiceNow;
  • Desenvolver e manter automações utilizando Flow Designer, IntegrationHub e App Engine;
  • Apoiar a criação e manutenção de integrações com APIs REST e SOAP e sistemas externos;
  • Desenvolver e realizar ajustes em Business Rules;
  • Apoiar a criação e manutenção de UI Actions;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de interfaces utilizando UI Builder;
  • Contribuir com análises e ajustes em Platform Analytics;
  • Participar da identificação e resolução de problemas, seguindo boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Atuar em parceria com o time, contribuindo para a qualidade e evolução das soluções.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimento básico ou experiência inicial com ServiceNow;
  • Conhecimento em App Engine;
  • Conhecimento em JavaScript/Scripting;
  • Conhecimento em integrações REST e SOAP;
  • Familiaridade com Business Rules;
  • Familiaridade com UI Actions;
  • Conhecimento ou contato com Flow Designer e IntegrationHub;
  • Conhecimento ou contato com UI Builder;
  • Noções de Platform Analytics;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis;
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento e evolução técnica na plataforma ServiceNow.

  • Certificação ServiceNow CSA;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento ou sustentação em ServiceNow;
  • Conhecimento em microsserviços e integrações com sistemas externos;
  • Experiência com automação de processos;
