Descrição do perfil

Arquitetar e construir soluções de software que atendem à demanda do cliente em qualquer stack, da arquitetura ao código testado, usando o agentic SDLC como forma de trabalho e a IA como principal alavanca de construção, permanecendo responsável pela aplicação entregue em produção. Constrói e orquestra os próprios agentes, skills, subagentes, comandos e harness que aceleram a construção da aplicação e os reaproveita no time, em vez de consumir assistentes de forma passiva. Responde pela qualidade e pela entrega do que produz, exercendo julgamento crítico sobre os outputs gerados por IA e aplicando design técnico pragmático para evitar soluções excessivamente complexas, fundamentado em arquiteturas modernas de software. Quando a solução inclui componente de IA, consome foundation models via API e monta a solução com RAG, orquestração de ferramentas, evals e soluções multi-agentes.

Possui ainda sólida capacidade analítica e comunicação eficaz para interagir com áreas de negócio e tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades em requisitos claros, estruturados e documentados.

Responsabilidades

Arquitetar e construir a solução de modernização dos portais HCL, conduzindo o desenvolvimento em Angular, Node.js e Spring Boot para cloud AWS, da arquitetura ao código testado, usando o agentic SDLC e permanecendo responsável pela aplicação entregue em produção. Participar do mapeamento estratégico do ambiente atual e do direcionamento da arquitetura to-be junto ao arquiteto, contribuindo para o plano de modernização dos portais de saúde. Levantar, documentar e refinar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais em colaboração com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia, utilizando ferramentas como Jira, Confluence e Miro. Construir, customizar e orquestrar os próprios agentes, skills, subagentes, comandos e harness que aceleram a construção da aplicação, reaproveitando-os no time e reduzindo o lead time de entrega. Dominar e aplicar fundamentos modernos de arquitetura e engenharia de software — microsserviços, sistemas orientados a eventos, filas, CI/CD, TDD e automação — para construir, avaliar e criticar o código e as soluções geradas. Traduzir requisitos funcionais em solução técnica viável, simples e escalável, exercendo escolhas intencionais e evitando over-engineering, sem aceitar passivamente as sugestões da IA. Avaliar com evals, testes e red teaming (alucinações, injeções e adversariais) tanto a solução quanto os agentes e skills construídos para acelerar o desenvolvimento com qualidade. Aplicar metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban), acompanhar e documentar as atividades com organização, proatividade e senso crítico para compreender demandas e propor melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos

Experiência sênior em desenvolvimento Java com Spring Boot, Angular e Node.js Conhecimento em cloud AWS (arquitetura e deploy de aplicações) Domínio de arquiteturas modernas: microsserviços, eventos, filas, CI/CD, TDD Familiaridade com ferramentas de documentação e colaboração: Jira, Confluence, Miro Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban) Boa comunicação para interação com negócio e tecnologia Capacidade analítica e senso crítico para avaliar e traduzir demandas em soluções Experiência ou familiaridade com agentic SDLC e uso de IA como alavanca de construção (desejável)
