  • Team Leadership and Development – Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • You possess strong technical expertise. With 8-12 years of recent experience in Production Support Engineering, you have led technology teams, managed production incidents, and ensured prompt restoration of service.
  • PrivateLink Update technology initiatives and Open Text Experience: You have experience leading Record Remediation and PrivateLink Update technology initiatives, implementing OpenText solutions, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring timely, transparent project delivery. • You also have substantial experience in IT service management and a comprehensive understanding of incident, problem, change, and major incident processes.
  • You have a degree. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field or relevant certifications is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
