What you'll be doing

Treasury plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s financial resilience, regulatory readiness, and strategic decision-making. As a Senior Analyst, Data Management & Solutions - Liquidity, you’ll support the delivery of data, analysis, and solution activities tied to Treasury’s fiscal 2027 liquidity regulatory reporting initiatives. You’ll work closely with partners across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology to help define business requirements, investigate data issues, support control processes, and contribute to scalable reporting solutions. In this role, you’ll help translate business needs into clear data and process requirements while supporting the quality and integrity of liquidity-related data used for regulatory reporting. You’ll contribute to project execution by preparing analysis, documenting findings, tracking issues, and supporting governance, risk, and audit-related activities. You’ll also work closely with the Director and broader project team to help move deliverables forward across key liquidity metrics, including LCR, NCCF, and NSFR.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Data analysis and reporting support - Analyze liquidity data, investigate issues, and support the delivery of accurate, well-controlled data and reporting solutions for fiscal 2027 regulatory initiatives.
  • Requirements and documentation - Partner with business and technology teams to document business requirements, data needs, process gaps, and solution considerations that support Treasury liquidity objectives.
  • Data quality and controls - Contribute to data governance, data quality monitoring, and control activities by identifying issues, tracking remediation items, and supporting sustainable improvements.
  • Project coordination - Support project execution by monitoring tasks, preparing materials, following up on actions, and helping maintain momentum across cross-functional stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Audit and compliance support - Prepare analysis, documentation, and materials to support internal reviews, regulatory requirements, and audit-related requests in a clear and organized way.
  • Systems support - Work with key Treasury platforms, including Treasury Data Warehouse MST and QRM, to support data analysis, reporting processes, and solution implementation.

Who you are

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
