Estamos à procura de uma pessoa para fazer parte do nosso time, sendo responsável por garantir a pesagem de todos os produtos inseridos na fábrica, bem como todos os produtos expedidos para faturamento, visando conformidade entre a pesagem e os dados registrados nas notas fiscais, tanto no recebimento como na expedição. Venha fazer a diferença com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar pesagem diária dos caminhões na balança, utilizando teclado, impressora e módulo para conferência do peso, a fim de garantir o controle de tudo que entra e sai da fábrica, bem como registro do seu peso.Auxiliar na ordem de carregamento, através da emissão de ordem de produção para carregamento, com o intuito de informar o produto que será expedido ao Operador.Efetuar a impressão dos pedidos liberados diariamente, para emissão das notas fiscais, cópia das fórmulas e confecção dos relatórios.Auxiliar nas marcações de cargas diárias (CIF ou FOB), com a finalidade de organizar a sequência de carregamento na fábrica.Preparar ordens de carregamento para emissão da nota fiscal, quando os caminhões estiverem carregados, anexando os documentos junto às ordens de carregamento, para emissão da nota fiscal.Preparar as notas fiscais, para serem manifestadas com as transportadoras.Emitir nota fiscal e entregar a mesma ao caminhoneiro, coletando a assinatura deste e arquivando uma cópia, a fim de dar cumprimento à legislação vigente.Receber mercadorias utilizadas na balança e fábrica.Elaborar relatório de produção diária, por meio de planilha eletrônica, para controle de carregamento do dia.Elaborar relatório de expedição e recepção, para controle de carga e descarga de produtos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável curso técnico completo ou Ensino Superior em andamento em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em atividades de expedição, recebimento, faturamento, logística industrial ou operação de balança rodoviária;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Conhecimento básico em documentos fiscais e dados de transporte;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP;Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente industrial e em regime de turnos;Vivência em atividades que exigem o cumprimento de procedimentos e normas de segurança operacional.
