Integração de novos colaboradores, através da apresentação de integração corporativa, com foco em engajar os novos colaboradores ao mundo Cibra de forma objetiva;. Movimentações Diversas de Pessoal (Admissão, Desligamentos, Solicitação de Benefícios etc.) através do Portal de chamados assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos alinhados com os gestores;. Pesquisa de Clima através do apoio da divulgação, análise dos resultados, apresentação da devolutiva e acompanhamento do status das devolutivas com foco em apoiar nos planos de ações para melhorias;. Avaliação de desempenho através da divulgação do período de avaliação e apoio aos gestores para que seja um momento de troca positiva entre o time com o objetivo de garantir avaliações justas de acordo com a performance do colaborador;. Realização de eventos como aniversariantes do mês, festas de fim de ano, Café com Presidente, Unicibra, Educacibra e encontros virtuais ou presenciais garantindo a integração e participação entre o time Cibra;. Conferência da medição de fornecedores e liberação de requisição para envio ao CSC;. Conferir folha de pagamento através de relatórios visando a acuracidade dos dados.Requisitos e qualificações.
