Atividades:

  • Providenciar recursos para o funcionamento administrativo, conforme solicitações.
  • Auxiliar os departamentos de marketing e RH em todas as ações solicitadas.
  • Receber e dar andamento às solicitações recebidas dos diversos setores da empresa.
  • Auxiliar na atualização dos documentos administrativos, comerciais e jurídicos.
  • Preencher planilhas e documentos em geral.
  • Conferência/alimentação de veículos em estoque no sistema (inclusão e retirada).
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas/vendas.
  • Elaborar, organizar e controlar diferentes documentos, conforme procedimentos da empresa.
  • Receber, protocolar, classificar, distribuir e arquivar documentos conforme procedimento da empresa.
  • Preencher formulários e/ou cadastros.
  • Elaborar e conferir planilhas de cálculos.
  • Elaborar cronogramas e fluxogramas de atividades.
  • Emitir notificações.
  • Colher assinaturas e ajustar contratos, conforme orientações.
  • Localizar e acompanhar processos administrativos.
  • Verificar solicitações e prazos estabelecidos.
  • Acompanhar notificações de não conformidades nos processos administrativos.

Requisitos:

  • Faixa Etária: Destinado a jovens com idade entre 14 e 24 anos incompletos. Importante: para pessoas com deficiência (PcD), não há limite máximo de idade para a contratação.
  • Escolaridade: Para quem ainda está estudando: É obrigatório estar devidamente matriculado e frequentando a escola (Ensino Fundamental ou Médio). Para quem já concluiu o Ensino Médio: A frequência escolar regular deixa de ser obrigatória, mas a participação no curso de capacitação técnico-profissional permanece indispensável.
