A Rede Valorize está em busca de uma pessoa comunicativa, cheia de energia, com atitude e foco em resultados para fazer parte do nosso time de vendas de rua. O Executivo Comercial de Vendas Externas é quem faz o negócio acontecer na ponta: visitando empresas no dia a dia, conversando direto com os donos de estabelecimentos e fechando contratos na hora. Atuará em rotina externa para prospectar novos clientes, apresentar as soluções acessíveis de saúde e benefícios da empresa e fechar vendas de ciclo rápido logo na primeira abordagem.

Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades

Prospecção e Atendimento Externo:

  • Atuar em rotina externa cumprindo o território de atuação para identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócio.
  • Visitar estabelecimentos mantendo o ritmo de cerca de 20 atividades diárias, entre abordagens, propostas e fechamentos de contratos.
  • Manter o ânimo, a boa energia e a persistência em alta ao longo de todo o dia de campo.

Negociação Direta e Fechamento Rápido:

  • Procurar e conversar diretamente com o proprietário ou responsável que decide a compra.
  • Explicar os benefícios do serviço de forma simples, clara e prática, mostrando as vantagens para a empresa contratante e sua equipe.
  • Tirar dúvidas na hora, contornar objeções com jogo de cintura e buscar a assinatura imediata do contrato.

Anotação e Cadastro de Dados:

  • Levantar presencialmente dados essenciais de cada local visitado: nome do decisor, melhor horário de contato e quantidade de colaboradores.
  • Registrar as informações e o andamento das visitas no celular através do sistema/CRM da empresa de maneira rápida e organizada.

Rotina Matinal e Primeiro Cuidado no Pós-Venda:

  • Participar das reuniões matinais com a liderança para direcionamento tático, alinhamento de metas do dia e troca de aprendizados com a equipe.
  • Dar o primeiro suporte às empresas recém-fechadas até a transferência oficial para a equipe de atendimento definitivo.

Requisitos e Perfil Necessário Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo. Facilidade de Comunicação: Gosto por conversar com pessoas, simpatia, bom relacionamento no contato presencial e facilidade para quebrar o gelo em abordagens frias. Atitude de Vendas: Perfil dinâmico, corajoso, com iniciativa para desbravar rotas, abordar novos estabelecimentos, negociar com firmeza e foco constante em bater metas. Conhecimento Básico de Celular: Prática para mexer em aplicativos de smartphone e preencher cadastros simples. Experiência: Vivência anterior com vendas externas, abordagem porta a porta (PAP), prospecção em campo, atendimento ao público ou promoção de vendas será considerada um diferencial.

Remuneração e Benefícios

Salário e Ganhos: Salário Fixo (Regime CLT). Premiação: Remuneração variável atrelada ao atingimento de metas.

Detalhes da Vaga Modelo de Trabalho: Presencial em campo (rota territorial externa). Regime de Contratação: CLT. Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 18h.
