Como será sua rotina 💼

  • Pré Vendas (SDR): Lidar com a primeira etapa do funil de vendas - atendimento inicial em loja; Apresentar a empresa e o serviço; Identificar as necessidades e urgência do cliente; Fazer a qualificação do cliente; Montar a proposta de acordo com a necessidade do cliente; Participar de treinamentos para desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua Acompanhar as metas propostas, contribuir com ideias para atingi-las; Promover juntamente com o time um ambiente colaborativo, descontraído e leve.
  • Pós Vendas (Serviços): Atendimento passivo no pós-venda: Atender presencialmente ou pelo sistema (whatsapp, ligação ou videoconferência) os clientes que solicitam suporte; Atendimento proativo no pós venda: Atender de maneira proativa, ou seja, intencional, os clientes que precisam receber algum tipo de notificação ou atualização sobre seu processo; Criar relacionamento com o cliente pós venda: Após a venda do serviço concluída, é sua responsabilidade atendê-lo e orientá-lo conforme toda a jornada do cliente com carisma e clareza; Compreender necessidades do cliente: Identificar o que o cliente precisa e atendê-lo com senso de urgência; Interação com as demais equipes de serviços da empresa para resolução de questões que possam surgir referentes à jornada do cliente; Participação de treinamentos para desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua

  • Experiência em vendas;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, agilidade, foco no cliente, trabalho em equipe, senso de prioridade;
  • Conhecimento de CRM, Google Agenda, Gmail, Word, Excel;
