Nesta oportunidade, você fará parte de um projeto social que realiza o atendimento e atualização do Cadastro Único, ampliando o acesso de famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade a programas sociais e políticas públicas. Se você acredita no poder da escuta qualificada, valoriza o contato humano e deseja contribuir com um trabalho que faz a diferença na comunidade, venha construir essa trajetória conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar famílias e indivíduos, realizando o acolhimento e o atendimento necessário para a execução das ações cadastrais;Orientar os usuários sobre a documentação necessária para a realização das entrevistas e dos procedimentos cadastrais;Prestar informações e esclarecimentos sobre programas sociais, serviços e benefícios disponíveis;Consultar bases de dados e sistemas oficiais, como CadÚnico, SIBEC e outros, para realizar cadastramentos, atualizações e revisões cadastrais;Analisar a situação cadastral dos beneficiários, orientando sobre possíveis pendências e procedimentos necessários para regularização;Operar os sistemas e ferramentas disponibilizados pelos órgãos responsáveis, como CGBCAD/FASC e demais plataformas pertinentes;Registrar e inserir as informações coletadas durante as entrevistas, assegurando a precisão e a consistência dos dados nos sistemas utilizados;Apoiar o acompanhamento dos processos cadastrais e das demandas relacionadas aos beneficiários;Zelar pela organização, confidencialidade, integridade e confiabilidade das informações e dos dados tratados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Disponibilidade para realizar atividades externas e visitas domiciliares;Residir no município de Porto Alegre.
