  • Set up new loans in applicable systems and confirm data accuracy across internal systems and the third-party servicer’s system.
  • Share and upload documents and communications to the web-based project management site.
  • Review and coordinate approval of the monthly waterfall and the overall cash-management process, including monthly or quarterly reconciliation of budgeted operating expenses against actual expenses.
  • Assist with payoff-letter calculations and coordinate required approvals, including calculations for the underlying loan and associated repo loan.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills when working with borrowers, lenders, third-party servicers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the judgment to identify discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and escalate matters when appropriate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
