CIMMYT está buscando un personal dinámico, autónomo y orientado al servicio para el puesto de Técnico Plomero, para nuestra sede en El Batán, Texcoco, México, a 45 minutos de la Ciudad de México.

El Técnico Plomero es responsable de realizar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en sistemas de plomería y equipos relacionados. Esto incluye trabajos de soldadura, instalación de tuberías, reparaciones en aluminio y metal, pintura, lijado y mantenimiento general de instalaciones. El técnico debe contar con conocimientos en soldadura autógena (oxiacetilénica), calderas, calderetas, bombas, sistemas hidroneumáticos, plantas de tratamiento de agua, compresores y distintos materiales de tubería como Plus pipe, cobre, PVC y CPVC.

Este puesto también incluye mantener las herramientas y equipos en óptimas condiciones, reportar cualquier falla al supervisor inmediato y llevar registros precisos de órdenes de servicio y bitácoras de mantenimiento. Se requieren habilidades técnicas sólidas, atención al detalle y una actitud proactiva para garantizar la operación segura y eficiente de los sistemas de plomería e infraestructura relacionada.

Requirements

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en actividades de pintura, soldadura, reparación de puertas, trabajos en aluminio, lijado y tareas generales de mantenimiento.
  • Mantener herramientas y equipos de trabajo en óptimas condiciones y reportar cualquier falla al supervisor inmediato.
  • Mantener registros de órdenes de servicio y bitácoras de mantenimiento.

Requisitios:

  • 4-5 Años de experiencia en uso de herramientas de mantenimiento, así como conocimientos en soldadura autógena (oxiacetilénica), calderas, calderetas, bombas, sistemas hidroneumáticos, plantas de tratamiento de agua, compresores y diversos materiales de tubería como Plus pipe, cobre, PVC y CPVC.
  • Escolaridad: Educación secundaria y\o formación técnica/oficio que requiera estudios o capacitación (por menos de 2 años)
  • Conocimientos básicos de computación
