ATRIBUIÇÕES DO ALMOXARIFE

  • Realizar o recebimento, conferência e armazenamento de materiais, insumos e equipamentos.
  • Efetuar lançamentos de notas fiscais de entrada no sistema ERP da empresa, garantindo a correta classificação dos produtos e informações fiscais.
  • Conferir notas fiscais com pedidos de compras e documentos de recebimento, assegurando a conformidade das informações de quantidade, valores e tributos.
  • Controlar a movimentação de estoque, registrando entradas, saídas, transferências e devoluções de materiais.
  • Acompanhar saldos de estoque, realizando inventários periódicos e identificando divergências para correção.
  • Organizar e arquivar documentos fiscais e relatórios de movimentação de materiais.
  • Apoiar os setores de Compras, Contabilidade e Fiscal no fornecimento de informações relacionadas às notas fiscais e movimentações de estoque.
  • Monitorar prazos e procedimentos relacionados ao recebimento de mercadorias e lançamento de documentos fiscais.
  • Zelar pela organização, conservação e acuracidade dos registros do almoxarifado.
  • Responsável pela avaliação das embalagens e tratativas de não conformidades com compras/fornecedor.

Conhecimentos Necessários

  • Conhecimento em lançamento e conferência de Notas Fiscais Eletrônicas (NF-e).
  • Noções de legislação fiscal aplicável às operações de entrada de mercadorias.
  • Conhecimento de tributos incidentes em notas fiscais, como ICMS, IPI, PIS e COFINS.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP (TOTVS).
  • Controle de estoque, inventários e movimentação de materiais.
  • Informática intermediária, especialmente Excel.

Habilidades Desejáveis

  • Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de identificar inconsistências fiscais e contábeis.
  • Organização e controle documental.
  • Boa capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico.
  • Proatividade na solução de divergências entre notas fiscais, pedidos e recebimentos.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e volume de informações.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com fornecedores e setores internos.
  • Comprometimento com a precisão dos registros e conformidade dos processos.

Diferencial Contábil e Fiscal

  • Conhecimento em classificação contábil de materiais e centros de custo.
  • Noções de escrituração fiscal e integração entre estoque, fiscal e contabilidade.
  • Conhecimento sobre retenções tributárias e documentos fiscais eletrônicos.
  • Experiência na conciliação entre estoque físico e saldo em sistema.
