Business Development Manager

Singapore · Commission-only, uncapped · Self-employed contract

No base salary. No ceiling.

Most sales jobs trade your upside for a fixed salary. This one gives you the upside: up to 15% of every deal you bring in, paid as the client pays, with no cap on what you earn.

Who we are

Cintra Consultancy is a Singapore firm with consulting, content and talent under one roof. We've run 150+ campaigns for 30+ brands: content people actually watch, ads that bring in customers, and the strategy behind both.

What you'll earn

You earn up to 15% on deals you source yourself and up to 10% on leads we hand you, with no cap. Commission lands on the 27th of every month, with a statement, for everything clients paid the month before.

What you'll sell

You carry a wide menu, so a "no" to one service is often a "yes" to another.

  • Dedicated content teams on monthly retainer
  • Paid ads on Meta, TikTok and Google, plus ChatGPT ads

  • Personal branding for founders: content, LinkedIn and podcasts

What you get

No base salary doesn't mean you're on your own.

  • Fresh leads every weekday. Our AI lead engine researches companies overnight. By 8:30am your own tab on our lead board shows who's buying right now (a live job ad for a role we can replace, an open request for quotes, or a public ask), who to contact, and a first message written for you.
  • Inbound enquiries from our own marketing.
  • A full team behind every pitch. Our strategists, creatives and production crew help build your decks and proposals.
  • The CEO in the room on your key pitches.
  • Your face out there. Our production team films content fronted by you, so prospects know you before you call.

What you'll do

  • Prospect by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, within PDPA and Do Not Call rules.
  • Run discovery calls and pitch presentations.
  • Build and own your pipeline, logging every lead in our CRM.
  • Shape proposals with our team, then close.
  • Keep a read on market trends, competitors and what clients need.

You're right for this if

  • You've closed B2B deals and can show the numbers. Agency, media or marketing sales is a plus.
  • You'd rather bet on yourself than sit in a salary band.
  • You're comfortable starting conversations with people who didn't ask for them.
  • This will be your main work, and you're reachable for clients and our team during business hours.

The deal, plainly

  • Self-employed, commission-only contract: no base salary, CPF or paid leave.
  • Commission is on what clients actually pay on the first contract, excluding GST and net of discounts, refunds and third-party costs. Renewals sit with our account team.
  • Other work is fine if it doesn't compete with us.
  • 30 days' notice either way.
