Stellenbeschreibung

Du liebst Sport, Brands und Action, hast aber keine Lust auf öde Aushilfsjobs? Du willst nicht nur zusehen, wie Marken wachsen, sondern selbst das Gesicht dahinter sein?

Deine Aufgaben bei uns sind:

  • Event-Support: Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Promotion-Aktionen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort.
  • Marken-Repräsentation: Du bist das Gesicht von adidas im Handel und auf Lifestyle-Events.
  • Beratung & Sales: Du begeisterst Kunden durch dein Fachwissen, förderst aktiv den Verkauf am Point of Sale/Eventort und gibst dein Expertenwissen in Produktschulungen gezielt an das Handelspersonal & Eventteilnehmer:innen weiter.
  • Lager & Logistik: Durchführung logistischer Aufgaben im Eventbereich, einschließlich Sprinterfahrten, Lagerunterstützung, Material- und Equipmenttransport, Be- und Entladung von Fahrzeugen sowie Auf- und Abbau von Eventequipment.

Qualifikationen

  • Must-have: Eingeschriebene(r) Student:in oder Abiturient:in.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Führerschein Klasse B (Schaltgetriebe) – du hast kein Problem damit, auch einen Sprinter zu fahren und du bist mobil, um an unser Lager in Köln zu kommen.
  • Mindset: Du hast keine Scheu, auf Menschen zuzugehen, und eine positive Ausstrahlung.
  • Verfügbarkeit: Du hast Zeit für mindestens zwei Events im Monat (idealerweise zwei Wochenenden) aber auch unter der Woche möglich.
  • Bonus: Erste Erfahrungen in Gastro, Promotion, Verkauf oder Logistik sind toll, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir das Wichtigste bei.
