Θέλεις να εργαστείς σε μια οργανωμένη ομάδα και να έχεις ενεργό ρόλο στην καθημερινή υποστήριξη σημαντικών έργων;

Η Circet Hellas, μέλος του διεθνούς Ομίλου Circet, δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα των τηλεπικοινωνιακών υποδομών και αναζητά Βοηθό Αποθήκης για την υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας της αποθήκης και των ομάδων έργων της, με έδρα τα κεντρικά γραφεία της στον Γέρακα Αττικής.

Ο ρόλος σου

Ως μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα συμβάλλεις στην οργάνωση και τη διακίνηση των υλικών που χρειάζονται τα συνεργεία για την υλοποίηση των έργων μας.

Συγκεκριμένα, θα ασχολείσαι με:

· Την παραλαβή, τον έλεγχο και την τακτοποίηση υλικών και εξοπλισμού.

· Την προετοιμασία και παράδοση υλικών στις ομάδες έργων και στα συνεργεία.

· Τη συμμετοχή στη φόρτωση και εκφόρτωση υλικών.

· Τον έλεγχο παραστατικών και την καταχώριση στοιχείων στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα.

· Την παρακολούθηση των αποθεμάτων και την ενημέρωση για ελλείψεις ή αποκλίσεις.

· Τη συμμετοχή σε απογραφές και στη διατήρηση ενός οργανωμένου και ασφαλούς χώρου εργασίας.

· Τη συνεργασία με τις ομάδες Operations, Procurement και έργων για την έγκαιρη κάλυψη των αναγκών τους.

Requirements

· Απολυτήριο δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.

· Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.

· Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

· Ομαδικό πνεύμα και διάθεση για συνεργασία.

· Δυνατότητα συμμετοχής σε εργασίες μεταφοράς και τακτοποίησης υλικών.

· Άδεια οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β΄.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον

· Προϋπηρεσία σε αποθήκη ή logistics.

· Εμπειρία στη χρήση ERP ή συστήματος διαχείρισης αποθήκης.

· Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση τεχνικών υλικών ή εξοπλισμού.

· Άδεια χειρισμού περονοφόρου οχήματος (κλαρκ).
