Als Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de site. Je combineert leidinggeven met operationele betrokkenheid en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een professionele en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Personeelsbeheer

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team medewerkers.
  • Werven, onthalen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en uurroosters.
  • Voeren van evaluatie-, verzuim- en functioneringsgesprekken.
  • Organiseren van teamoverleg en zorgen voor een vlotte interne communicatie.
  • Opvolgen van opleidingen en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • Opstellen van de personeelscapaciteit en taakverdeling.

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en HACCP-richtlijnen.
  • Fungeren als voorbeeld voor medewerkers.
  • Toezien op correcte procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Operationeel beheer

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van de exploitatiekosten.
  • Opvolgen van geldstromen en operationele processen.
  • Efficiënt inzetten van personeel en middelen.
  • Beheren van voorraden en beperken van inventarisverschillen.
  • Toezien op het correct gebruik van materiaal en infrastructuur.
  • Signaleren van investeringsbehoeften en verbeterkansen.

Commercieel beheer

  • Opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's en exploitatieresultaten.
  • Stimuleren van commerciële acties en verkoopinitiatieven.
  • Maximaliseren van omzet, klanttevredenheid en operationele prestaties.
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteitsmetingen en implementeren van verbeteracties.

Communicatie & klantenservice

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met interne diensten en ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Samenwerken met openbare diensten en externe instanties indien nodig.
  • Professioneel behandelen van vragen, opmerkingen en klachten van klanten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail, horeca, food of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te enthousiasmeren en te begeleiden.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en werkt resultaatgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op.
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen wanneer nodig.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.
