What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Put Circle at the center of the world’s most consequential conversations about the future of money. As a member of the Strategy, Communications, and Policy team, you will serve as a strategic right hand to the Sr. Director, Strategic Positioning, and manage day-to-day coordination of key partnership relationships globally. You will pair policy expertise with strong execution, hosting the senior gatherings that advance Circle’s narrative and supporting our work with think tanks, NGOs, regulators, and civil society institutions. The role involves complex project management, operational planning and execution, frequent domestic and international travel (including Davos), and close collaboration with the VP of Impact and other senior stakeholders.

What you’ll work on:

  • Own Circle’s presence at the gatherings where the future of money and policy gets shaped, including project management for Davos 2027, and support our work at UNGA and the World Bank–IMF Annual Meetings.
  • Own signature programming that brings senior policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders together around Circle’s story, including VIP and media dinners in major global financial and technology hubs.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with some of the world’s most influential institutions, including the Atlantic Council, World Economic Forum, and Council on Foreign Relations, along with think tanks, NGOs, and regulators.
  • Manage the pursuit of earned platforms and speaking opportunities that put Circle’s executives and leaders in front of the audiences that matter most.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of select VIP events at our New York headquarters, from the first idea to the on-the-ground experience, partnering with Corporate Events on production.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience curating and hosting senior-level events within policy, government affairs, strategic engagement, a think tank, or a regulatory body.
  • Confidence and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to communicate crisply and run tight meetings.
  • Ability to link corporate strategy with event and program execution.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional, high-quality outcomes.
  • Savvy in managing complex projects, driving operational coordination among a broad range of colleagues and teams.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the organizational skills to manage many moving pieces.
  • Working knowledge of WEF and Davos. Ability to immediately assume project management responsibilities for Davos 2027.
  • Fluency with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt development, including developing and utilizing agentic workflows.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Established relationships with think tanks, NGOs, regulators, or civil society institutions.
  • Fluency in digital asset and payments policy, or the ability to build it quickly.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS and Google Workspace.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be based in the New York, NY or Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to be considered for this position.
  • This role may require up to 50% domestic and international travel.
  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
