The role is responsible for developing a complete understanding of where real estate data resides, how it is created and updated, which systems are authoritative sources of record, and how data flows across applications, integrations, databases, and analytical platforms. The position acts as the principal liaison between business and process owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, application teams, implementation partners, and reporting teams to translate business needs into clear data requirements and ensure that trusted, governed, and timely data is delivered as expected.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate data landscape, including where data originates, systems of record, data owners and stewards, critical data elements, dependencies, transformations, integrations, and how data moves across enterprise applications, databases, and platforms.
  • Partner with business and process owners to define data requirements, translating business needs, processes, and rules into clear data definitions, defined source-of-record, data structures, transformation and integration requirements, delivery expectations, and reconciliation criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, including Real Estate stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, application teams, reporting and analytics teams, vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring data requirements are clearly understood, delivered, validated, and sustained.

  • Ensure data is reliably available to authorized consumers through the appropriate systems and platforms, within required timeframes, and in the defined structure and format needed to support business processes, decision-making, reporting, and analysis. Work with Data Engineering and application teams to define and validate data pipelines, integrations, interfaces, APIs, batch processes, synchronization schedules, delivery mechanisms, and operational ownership.
  • Use SQL and enterprise data platforms to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data, including SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake. Develop and maintain appropriate queries, scripts, tables, views, and other approved data structures needed to investigate issues, validate data, and confirm that data is delivered according to defined requirements.
  • Support data-related implementations, integrations, migrations, and system changes by defining and validating data profiling, cleansing, conversion, source-to-target mapping, testing, reconciliation, acceptance, cutover, and production requirements, and coordinating with delivery teams responsible for engineering and execution.
  • Monitor and resolve data-quality and delivery issues, investigating discrepancies and root causes, coordinating remediation, and escalating material risks affecting business processes, integrations, downstream consumers, reporting, or analytics.
  • Support the enterprise real estate technology ecosystem and continuous improvement, including Kalibrate, Mendix, Construction Management platform, SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake, and related applications, by ensuring data ownership, quality, integration, governance, delivery, and lifecycle expectations are clearly defined and maintained.
  • Perform additional tasks, as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
