Buscamos um(a) profissional criativo(a), proativo(a), analítico(a) e com visão estratégica para atuar como Analista de Marketing de Produto em nossa equipe de Marketing, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de estratégias, campanhas e ações que valorizem nossos produtos, fortaleçam a marca Círculo e ampliem nossa conexão com o mercado e os consumidores.

🛠️ Atividades:

  • Pesquisar tendências, mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor, identificando oportunidades para o portfólio da Círculo.
  • Desenvolver novos produtos e coleções de tecidos e acessórios, desde a concepção da ideia até o lançamento.
  • Elaborar briefings e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de amostras, cores, especificações e validações junto às áreas de P&D, Produção e demais envolvidos.
  • Analisar o portfólio existente, identificando oportunidades de inovação, melhorias e novos negócios.
  • Contribuir para a definição dos diferenciais, posicionamento e argumentos de venda dos produtos.
  • Acompanhar cronogramas, custos e etapas dos projetos, garantindo o alinhamento entre as áreas e o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Interagir com demais áreas da Empresa (PCP, P&D, Importação, entre outros)

📋 Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Moda, Design ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Marketing de Produto, desenvolvimento de produtos ou gestão de portfólio.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com autonomia para conduzir projetos.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas.
