Buscamos um(a) profissional analítico(a), estratégico(a) e orientado(a) a resultados para atuar na gestão de marketing, produtos e performance de projetos. 🚀

Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e executar campanhas promocionais, definição de calendário comercial, estratégias de conversão, aumento de ticket médio, retenção/recorrência e monitoramento de KPIs digitais (vendas, tráfego, margem).
  • Analisar o mix de produtos e categorias, pesquisar as tendências de mercado, inteligência competitiva (_benchmarking_), precificação, posicionamento e sugestão de lançamentos ou descontinuações.
  • Mapear e otimização da jornada de compra digital, identificação de pontos de atrito (_pain points_) e implementação de melhorias voltadas a engajamento, fidelização e conversão.
  • Alinhamento multidisciplinar (Marketing, Comercial, TI, Logística e Atendimento), controle de cronogramas e prazos, além de suporte técnico e operacional à plataforma de e-commerce.
  • Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e análises de desempenho para suporte à tomada de decisão estratégica baseada em dados.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda.
  • Experiência com e-commerce, marketing digital, gestão de produtos ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados e indicadores de performance;
  • Experiência com planejamento e execução de campanhas comerciais;
  • Conhecimento em pesquisa de mercado e análise de concorrência;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e visão de negócio;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e colaborativo;
  • Experiencia com RD STATION;
  • Conhecimento em Google Analytics e mídia paga;
