Buscamos um(a) profissional criativo(a), proativo(a), organizado(a) e atento(a) aos detalhes para atuar como Designer Júnior em nossa equipe de Marketing, contribuindo com ideias e soluções criativas para os projetos e ações da Círculo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver artes de materiais gráficos para divulgação dos produtos/marca, com base nas orientações e/ou especificações técnicas definidas/solicitadas
  • Adequar as artes de materiais gráficos para divulgação dos produtos/marca de acordo com o canal
  • Realizar ajustes de tratamento de imagens;
  • Organizar e manter atualizada a linguagem visual, direcionando e cumprindo as definições de imagem da marca;
  • Pesquisar, acompanhar e avaliar tendências, propondo a adoção de novas opções em mídias, soluções gráficas e novidades;
  • Participar ativamente de programas de melhoria da qualidade, cursos, treinamentos e demais eventos, difundindo a ideia de melhoria contínua;
  • Identificar, propor e contribuir para a implementação de ações de melhoria;
  • Contribuir na manutenção da limpeza e da organização do setor de trabalho;
  • Respeitar as normas internas (inclusive de segurança do trabalho e informação) e os procedimentos operacionais;
  • Executar atividades correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Design Gráfico, Design, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atividades similares;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de informática (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e internet);
  • Conhecimento em softwares de criação e edição gráfica: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign.
