Our Mission

At Circus (Xetra: CA1), headquartered in Munich with offices in Hamburg and Wijnegem, Belgium, we are pioneering global developments in on-demand autonomous food production. Everything from creation to production and operation – enabled by seamlessly integrated cutting-edge robotics and transformative AI technology.

Our robots serve fresh food across every format — from full autonomous kitchens producing complete meals, to compact blend bars turning out fresh smoothies, soups and shakes in under two minutes from a single square meter. Staff-free, around the clock, wherever people need it.

Our foundation rests in the extensive developments of groundbreaking robotics driven by artificial intelligence, previously the missing link in achieving true autonomous food automation. This is the moment for a new status quo: just as autonomous driving will disrupt how we build cities, organize our days, and live our lives, so will we shift our whole reality around food.

Our Team is backing a paradigm shift in one of humanity's most important sectors with the sharpest minds in Robotics, AI, Engineering and Culinary, collaborating closely with industry-leading partners to revolutionize every aspect of the food service experience.

Join us as we forge ahead, crafting a future where the art of cooking and the science of technology converge to create a world that thinks differently about food than it has for thousands of years — a world where food means something new.

About the Role

We're looking for a Operations Associate to run the day-to-day at our dedicated clients sites in Eindhoven. You'll be the person on the ground making sure operations run smoothly, standards are met, and the client's team knows exactly how to work with our system. It's a role built on ownership: you're the face of Circus on-site, responsible for keeping the operation reliable, well-organized, and running to spec. A technical mindset helps — you'll pick up first-line troubleshooting as part of the job.

You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success to keep the site running smoothly and to feed learnings back into how we support future deployments. We'll train you on the CA-1 platform; you bring the reliability, communication skills, and drive to own a site independently.

Your Daily Business

  • Own day-to-day operations at our Eindhoven client site, keeping production, quality, and hygiene standards on point
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site, building a trusted, professional relationship
  • Train and coach client staff on daily operations, handling, and routines so they can confidently run the system themselves
  • Manage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard
  • Handle first-line troubleshooting on the CA-1 system, escalating technical issues to remote support when needed
  • Keep the site organized and audit-ready, following Circus's operating procedures
  • Log recurring issues or training gaps and feed them back to the team to improve the client experience and our processes

Base Qualifications

  • Interest in or prior exposure to operations, hospitality, retail, or technical maintenance environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability — comfortable running a site independently
  • Confident communicator, comfortable training and coaching others
  • Structured, process-driven way of working; comfortable following and improving procedures
  • Comfortable working hands-on with technology and equipment
  • Fluent English
  • Based in or able to commute reliably to Eindhoven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP)
  • Prior experience in a launch, rollout, or training-focused operations role
  • Basic technical background (robotics, mechanics, electrical) — helpful but not required
  • Dutch language proficiency

Our Offer

  • Ownership from Day One: Real responsibility running your own site, direct exposure to a cutting-edge robotics platform, and the chance to shape how we support future deployments across the region.
  • Growth: A personal development budget for training and skill-building, with room to grow as Circus scales its on-site operations footprint.
  • Team & Culture: Join a lean, hands-on team building something genuinely new — close collaboration with launch, engineering, and remote support colleagues.
  • First on the Ground: Be one of the first Circus team members in the Dutch market — you'll help shape how we run on-site operations for every deployment that follows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
