ソリューションエンジニアや製品スペシャリスト、パートナーと連携しながら、お客様の業務課題や中長期の計画に即して、Ciscoの製品・サービスを提案しています。お客様との信頼関係を継続的に築き、アカウント戦略の策定から案件の創出、提案、受注まで一貫して担います。

Your Impact

Publicアカウントの営業責任者として、お客様の組織体制や意思決定プロセス、予算・調達計画を深く理解し、アカウントの成長と売上目標の達成をリードしていただきます。スイッチング、ワイヤレス、ルーティング、ファイアウォールだけでなく、Ciscoの幅広いポートフォリオを活用した提案を推進します。

  • お客様の業務面・技術面の課題と中長期のロードマップを把握し、アカウントプランを策定・実行する
  • お客様・パートナー様の幹部層、IT部門、調達部門など各関係者と信頼関係を築き、それぞれの要件や優先事項を踏まえて提案する
  • 既存環境の更新・拡張に加え、新たなニーズを掘り起こし、アップセル・クロスセルの機会を創出する
  • ソリューションエンジニアや製品スペシャリストや海外の製品開発部門と連携し、可用性・セキュリティ・運用面の要件に応えるソリューションを提案する
  • パートナーやシステムインテグレーターと協力し、案件ごとの提案方針、役割分担、受注戦略を策定する
  • お客様の予算・調達スケジュールに合わせ、案件発掘から要件確認、提案、価格・契約交渉、受注までの営業活動を管理する
  • 社内外の関係者をまとめ、複数の製品・サービスを組み合わせた案件を推進する
  • CRMに案件情報と進捗を正確に反映し、週次・月次・四半期の売上予測とコミットメントを管理する
  • 防衛省含む国家安全保障系分野の動向や競合情報を継続的に把握し、アカウント戦略や提案活動に反映する
  • チームの一員として活動を行い社内での情報共を行う

Minimum Qualifications

  • Public Account関連業務の経験(4年以上)
  • IT製品・ソリューションの法人営業経験、およびお客様との継続的な関係構築の経験
  • アカウントプランを策定し、案件の創出から提案・交渉・受注まで担当した経験
  • 社内の技術チームやパートナーなど、複数の関係者と連携して案件を推進した経験
  • ネットワーク・セキュリティの基礎知識、およびお客様の課題に応じてソリューションの価値を説明できる力

Preferred Qualifications

  • 防衛省・自衛隊、または関連する組織・企業への営業経験
  • 官公庁・公共分野における予算策定、入札、調達プロセスに関する知識・経験
  • 防衛分野を担当するシステムインテグレーターやパートナーとの協業経験
  • ネットワーク・セキュリティ・コラボレーション・AIインフラなどの提案経験
  • 高い可用性や厳格なセキュリティ要件が求められるIT基盤の提案経験
  • 中長期の営業サイクルや、複数部門が関わる案件のマネジメント経験
  • 英語で社内関係者と情報共有・調整を行える力
