Meet the Team You will join the Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team, responsible for commercializing and scaling Cisco’s newest technology innovations. Sourced directly from our Product and Business Units, these rapid innovations require a specialized, agile approach to find market fit before they can be absorbed by the mainstream sales force. Our mission is to partner with Product leaders to develop, test, and validate early-stage GTM hypotheses. We will work to secure the company’s first "lighthouse" customer wins and build the repeatable sales and partner playbooks required to bring these products into the broader Specialist and Generalist sales organizations.

Your Impact As a Partner Account Executive, for our products under Incubation, you will lead a defined Global System Integrator (GSI), advisory, Service Provider/telco, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) portfolio. You will build joint business plans and operationalize partner assessments, workshops, funded proofs, enablement, managed-service packaging, and joint account coverage. You will coordinate cross-functionally with category partner executives, product teams, Legal, Finance, Customer Experience (CX), and partner delivery teams to complete cross-architecture offers. By supervising approved funding, acceptance milestones, sourced pipeline, and realized outcomes, you will drive measurable commercial success. You will independently lead complex partner planning and raise pricing, rights, and capacity trade-offs to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic go-to-market goals.

Minimum Qualifications

· 8+ years of proven track record of developing and executing joint business plans, co-selling initiatives, and channel synergy strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

· 5+ years of building and implementing repeatable go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales playbooks for emerging technologies or incubation products.

· 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional collaboration across product, legal, finance, and customer success teams to operationalize partner assessments, workshops, and managed-service packaging.

· Proven background in forecasting, reporting, and tracking pipeline, funding, and acceptance milestones to ensure successful partner delivery and customer acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

· Advanced negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complex pricing, rights, and capacity trade-offs with internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Experience securing "lighthouse" customer wins and validating early-stage GTM hypotheses in an agile, fast-paced environment.

· Deep understanding of cross-architecture offer execution and the ability to qualify complex use cases involving multiple technology partners.

· Exceptional partner enablement skills, ensuring partner delivery teams are equipped to successfully deploy and manage new technology innovations.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level audiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
