Meet the Team

We are a dynamic, cross-functional marketing organization dedicated to driving integrated campaign strategy, performance analysis, and execution across brand, product, and priority initiatives. Serving as the connective tissue between strategy, media, creative, web, and regional teams, we ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-informed, and aligned to business outcomes. We partner closely with media agencies and internal teams to guide strategy, evaluate performance, and optimize outcomes, elevating campaign rigor and strategic thinking across the broader marketing organization.

Your Impact

As a Senior Manager of Campaigns, you will lead the development of integrated campaign strategies across brand, product, and competitive initiatives, translating business objectives into clear campaign frameworks. Serving as the primary strategic partner to media agencies, you will guide media strategy, channel mix, and investment decisions based on performance insights. Additionally, you will act as a central point of coordination across web, digital marketing, social media, regional marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution, driving alignment and momentum to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in integrated campaigns, marketing strategy, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven experience leading campaign strategy, integrated campaign orchestration, and measurement for large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, executive narratives, and data-informed optimization recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with media agencies and internal digital marketing teams on media strategy partnership and performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and influence without direct authority in a complex, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B, enterprise technology, or SaaS marketing supporting global or regional campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with brand measurement, funnel metrics, and pipeline influence models.
  • Expertise in messaging and positioning to ensure campaign strategies are scalable and globally relevant.
  • Proven track record of brand stewardship, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex performance data and dashboards confidently to senior leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
