· Serve as a trusted risk and controls advisor to the Business Execution Lead and senior leadership.

· Act as the central Business Execution partner to Finance Risk and Control Management and other independent control functions, while reinforcing clear first-line accountability.

Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA)

· Lead the execution, governance and ongoing enhancement of the Manager’s Control Assessment across the supported functions.

· Ensure processes, risks, controls, monitoring activities and assessments are appropriately identified, documented and maintained.

· Direct periodic MCA activities, including risk and control assessments, monitoring, testing, attestations and quality reviews.

· Coordinated MCA documentation, control descriptions, testing approaches and supporting evidence.

· Analyze MCA results and control performance to identify gaps, adverse trends and areas requiring remediation or management attention.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
