About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical Lead Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. You will review all closed-won deals to flag unique, non-standard, or complex deal structures for Finance, maintaining weekly touchpoints to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance, leading weekly cross-functional syncs to present deal updates, post-close modifications, and revenue recognition considerations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal deal desk policies, pricing guidelines, and revenue compliance standards.

2. Process Automation & Modernization

  • Map and evaluate the current deal intake and review workflow to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Design, build, and maintain process automations to automate deal flagging and routing.
  • Integrate AI tools to automatically extract key contract terms, summarize unique deal clauses, and speed up audit cycles.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for deal management.

3. Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Track and analyze trends in deal structures, discounting patterns, and custom terms to identify recurring operational friction points.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking deal turnaround times, non-standard deal frequencies, and cross-functional SLA performance.
  • Translate complex sales data into actionable insights for Sales Leadership and Finance to optimize future pricing and packaging strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
