We are currently looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated East Hertfordshire branch. 📍 Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across East Hertfordshire and all surrounding areas, primarily covering:
- Hoddesdon & Surrounds: Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Wormley, Turnford, Cheshunt, Great Amwell, Hertford Heath, Nazeing, Roydon, Goffs Oak, Cuffley, Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, and Harlow.
- Hertford & Surrounds: Hertford, Ware, Stanstead Abbotts, and surrounding villages.
🚗 A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

(Flexible shift patterns including 7 days a week are available to suit your lifestyle. Day shifts: 06:00/07:00 – 14:00, Evening shifts: 14:00 – 22:00/23:00).

Qualifications
🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
- ✅ Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
- ✅ Reliability, punctuality, and a naturally caring nature
- ✅ Patience and active listening skills to truly understand our clients' needs
- ✅ Resilience and adaptability—because no two days (or clients!) are exactly the same
- ✅ A keen eye for detail to spot any changes in a client's health or well-being
- ✅ The ability to use your initiative and stay calm under pressure
- ✅ Willingness to learn new skills and participate in continuous training
- ✅ Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
- ✅ The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
