Location: Whitehaven

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Shifts: Flexible – full-time, part-time, evenings and weekends

Transport: Have your own e-bike or comfortable riding one? We can provide an e-bike if needed!

Driving licence: Not required

What you'll do

We're looking for caring and reliable people to join our team in Whitehaven. If you already have an e-bike or feel confident and comfortable riding one, we'd love to hear from you!

Don't have your own e-bike? No problem - we can provide one for you.

Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing.

You'll:

  • Support people to stay independent in their own homes.
  • Offer companionship and reassurance.
  • Assist with medication, mobility and mealtimes.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Travel between local care visits using an e-bike.
  • Be part of a friendly and supportive local team.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

No experience? No problem. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing past care experience, what matters most is your heart.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Naturally caring and compassionate
  • Reliable and committed
  • Comfortable and confident riding an e-bike, whether you own one or not
  • Happy to travel between local care visits in different weather conditions.
