Social- og sundhedsassistent (SSA) søges til City Ceres Hjemme- og Sygepleje i Horsens Vil du være en del af et engageret team, hvor faglighed, tryghed og det nære borgerforløb i Horsens Kommune er i højsædet? Så er det dig, vi mangler!

Hos City Ceres Hjemme- og Sygepleje leverer vi pleje og omsorg af høj kvalitet til vores borgere i deres eget hjem. Vi dækker områder i Horsens Kommune, og vi tror på, at kontinuitet og en værdig relation skaber de bedste resultater. Vi søger nu en uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent, der vil være med til at gøre en mærkbar forskel i hverdagen.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Helhedsorienteret pleje: Udføre sygeplejefaglige og personlige plejeopgaver hos borgerne centralt i Horsens.
  • Faglig sparring: Tænke i sundhedsfremme og rehabilitering i samarbejde med kolleger og sygeplejersker.
  • Dokumentation: Sikre præcis og elektronisk dokumentation af borgerens tilstand – vi bruger Nexus.
  • Medicinhåndtering: Ansvar for medicindispensering og observation af virkning/bivirkninger.

Vi søger en kollega, der:

  • Er uddannet SSA med gyldig autorisation.
  • Møder borgerne med empati, respekt og et smil.
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og bevarer overblikket i en omskiftelig hverdag.
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner på tværs af faggrupper.
  • Har kørekort (B) til at køre ud til borgerne i kommunen.
