Hos City Ceres Hjemme- og Sygepleje leverer vi pleje og omsorg af høj kvalitet til vores borgere i deres eget hjem. Vi søger faglige og omsorgsfulde udekørende kolleger til vores aftenteam. Uanset om du er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper (SSH) eller har en solid erfaring fra hjemmeplejen, hører vi meget gerne fra dig.

Vi tilbyder et fast 5-2 rul:

  • Du arbejder i et fast og forudsigeligt skema, hvor arbejdstiden er op til 37 timer om ugen efter aftale.
  • Vi kører typisk et 5-2 rul, hvilket giver en god balance mellem arbejdsliv og fritid.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Personlig pleje og omsorg: Udføre udekørende pleje- og praktiske opgaver i borgerens eget hjem om aftenen.
  • Rehabilitering: Støtte borgerne i at bevare eller genvinde deres funktionsevne.
  • Dokumentation: Sikre korrekt og præcis elektronisk dokumentation af aftenens observationer.
  • Samarbejde: Have tæt dialog med aftenens sygeplejersker og assistenter ved behov.

Vi søger en kollega, der:

  • Er uddannet SSH eller har solid, dokumenteret erfaring fra hjemmeplejen.
  • Møder borgerne med ro, empati og stor respekt i deres private hjem.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar, når du kører alene.
