Das City Hotel Glarnerland in Näfels bietet seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Als Frühstückskoch oder Frühstücksköchin bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass unser Frühstücksangebot frisch, appetitlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet und präsentiert wird.

Wir suchen dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in einem 50-%-Pensum.

Deine Aufgaben Vorbereitung und Zubereitung unseres Frühstücksangebots Ansprechende Präsentation und regelmässige Auffrischung des Frühstücksbuffets Sicherstellung der Frische und Qualität sämtlicher Speisen Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung der Lebensmittel für den Frühstücksservice Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelvorschriften Kontrolle und fachgerechte Lagerung der Lebensmittel Selbstständige Organisation der morgendlichen Küchenabläufe Sicherstellung eines sauberen und ordentlichen Arbeitsplatzes Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Team für einen reibungslosen Frühstücksservice

Das bringst du mit Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Erfahrung in der Küche bzw. Frühstückszubereitung von Vorteil Freude an der Zubereitung von frischen und abwechslungsreichen Speisen Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein Freundliches Auftreten und Teamgeist Flexibilität und Freude an frühen Arbeitszeiten Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
