Im City Hotel Glarnerland erwartet dich ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit unserem Restaurant Mediterrane Feuerstube, frischen Zutaten und einem besonderen Showküchen-Konzept. Als Sous Chef unterstützt du unseren Küchenchef bei der täglichen Organisation und Führung der Küche und bringst deine eigenen Ideen und deine Leidenschaft fürs Kochen aktiv ein.

Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der Führung und Organisation der Küche Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation unserer Speisen Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Speisekarte mit kreativen Ideen Fachgerechter Umgang mit frischen, saisonalen und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln Koordination und Unterstützung des Küchenteams während des Service Überwachung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards Mithilfe bei der Warenbestellung, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Kostenkontrolle Förderung einer positiven Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Küchenteams

Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder als Chef de Partie mit Ambitionen für den nächsten Schritt Leidenschaft für die Küche und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise Führungsqualitäten, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Kreativität und Freude daran, neue kulinarische Ideen einzubringen Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und einen kühlen Kopf auch in hektischen Situationen Gute Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften und der Lebensmittelverarbeitung
